As others have said, our waiter was quite simply one of the best ever. Unassuming, thoroughly knowledgeable and entertaining. We discussed what we would be ordering first and took his advice. Amazing zucchini balls in yoghurt. The apaki was totally wonderful. My wife has just stopped being a veggie and loved this dish! For mains salmon and Veg special - great blend of.flavours and lamb (lamp!) Wow.Washed down with a great house wine from crete that we loved. This truly is the best of the best. Foodies do not miss it

Rhodes is my home town ,i grow up there and for all the years i go out with my friends one of our hobbies is to "explore" the new restaurants of Madraki(center of Rhodes). It was 5 of August ,we arrived at Kerasma because we've been told that there was an indie restaurant there. We found out that the owner had changed it to Greek Cuisine.Hungry as we were we sat down and order. From the atmosphere of the place and the small/quite road next to us ,we could tell that it was going to be a nice night. The beer and the smell of our food was the first reassurance ,and then....the taste.I want to be honest with everyone i never wrote again in any site like this and i'm writing now cause the beautiful waitress kindly asked me.And the rest of our days in Rhodes we never went to any other restaurant to compere with Kerasma. and to give you a responsible advise/review. But there wasn't any other summer that we spend more than 3 visits ,either..

There are other restaurants in Rhodes with a nicer setting, but the food in Kerasma is fantastic. The setting isn't bad - nice quiet side street - but it doesn't have the charm of the Old Town (if you're there, we liked both Nireas and Romios.) Very friendly and relaxed service. They were quite happy for us to while away nearly four hours there while we killed time waiting until it was time for us to go to the airport, and we were happy to sit there chatting and watching the world go by. It's well worth asking about their dessert of the day . I've never made a syrup cake but I thought theirs was excellent. I wasn't so impressed with the chocolate mousse; it tasted pretty much the same as the one I make for myself at home. Despite my sweet tooth, my favourite thing about Kerasma was the starters. They do a "mastelo cheese", which is just cheese and bacon - but it's really good. We also tried their zucchini balls, small pies, and zucchini with smoked pork. My partner and I disagree about which of those is the best, but I doubt that Kerasma sells anything that's actually bad. For mains, we tried the Trilogy of fillets (my partner's favourite; I can't comment as I hate mushrooms), the pork souvlaki (my favourite), the sea pasta (partner says it was great; I'm not a fan of squid), and the veal steak.

centa at this restaurant edevo we say that we were satisfied in half. I mean. My wife opted for a Greek salad that was rated as the best in Rhodes, but I can not say the same. I got some taglioni cuttlefish with lemon sole and I was not happy at all. another negative note, most of the fish in the menu was frozen. perhaps we needed to choose the meat or perhaps because it was empty and Tamam which is little more packed in there, opt for another service instead ristorante.il was excellent.
